The CP-07-3E is an all-stainless-steel straight-stream aerial nozzle designed for aircraft operating at speeds of 130 mph or greater. Unlike the flat fan 03 line, the 07 series produces a range of droplet spectra from very coarse to fine using straight-stream deflection angles, making it versatile across a wide variety of agricultural and forestry applications. The stainless steel body (CPA201), selector, and deflector provide maximum durability and chemical resistance.
The nozzle features a stainless steel four-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .125, and .172, with shut-off, and a built-in 9° angle. The stainless steel 3-way deflector offers straight-stream deflection angles of 0°, 5°, and 30°, allowing operators to dial in droplet size from very coarse at 0° to finer spectra at 30°. Flow rates range from 0.54 to 3.16 GPM, depending on the selected orifice size and operating pressure.
The CP-07-3E is well-suited for fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters running at higher application speeds, where the flat fan 03 nozzles are less effective. All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP App or the Aerial Nozzle Flowrates Reference Chart to find the optimal orifice and pressure setting for your target GPA.
