Quick Nozzle Info

Straight stream aerial nozzle with a poly body, stainless steel 4-orifice selector plate (.062, .078, .125, .172), built-in 9° angle, and poly 3-way deflector (0°, 30°, 90°), designed for aircraft speeds of 130 mph and above. All parts replaceable.
Aerial Straight Stream Series

The CP-09-3PA is the Australian variant of the CP-09 straight-stream aerial nozzle line, designed for aircraft operating at speeds of 130 mph or higher. It shares the same poly body (CPA203-B) and stainless steel selector as the CP-09-3P, but features a unique poly 3-way deflector with angles of 0°, 30°, and 90° — a wider spread of deflection options than the standard 0°, 5°, and 30° configuration. This gives operators a broader range of droplet spectrum control in a single nozzle.

The nozzle features a stainless steel four-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .125, and .172, with shut-off, and a built-in 9° angle. The poly 3-way deflector’s 0° straight stream setting produces very coarse droplets, the 30° setting produces medium droplets, and the 90° setting produces a finer spectrum, making this nozzle particularly flexible across different application types. Flow rates range from 0.57 to 4.13 GPM, at 30-60 psi, depending on the selected orifice size and operating pressure.

The CP-09-3PA was specifically developed to meet the unique operational needs and regulatory requirements of aerial applicators in Australia. Ideal for fast, fixed-wing aircraft, it offers a wider deflection angle range. All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP App or the Aerial Nozzle Flowrates Reference to find the optimal orifice and pressure setting for your target GPA.
