The CP Air Stop is an air-actuated check valve system designed as a better alternative to traditional pinch valves. Compared to a pinch valve, the Air Stop delivers a faster positive shut-off, with complete shut-off within seconds, no leaks, and no drips, and it’s longer lasting. Because it operates at lower air volume, with operating air pressure just 20 to 40 psi above liquid pressure, it also saves significant wear and tear on your compressor over the life of the system.

Each Air Stop valve is built with a glass-filled polypropylene body and stainless steel core, a standard Viton-type diaphragm, and an Xtreme Duty 23 lb spring, combining high flow capacity with instant shut-off in a durable, long-lasting package. The valve flows 12.1 GPM at 40 psi and is designed for both high and low volume spraying. Its all-in-one design combines the air shut-off and check valve in a single unit, requiring fewer fittings to connect to the boom, which reduces bulk on the boom and the risk of losing a nozzle.

The Air Stop is available in multiple configurations to fit your setup. The CP-110C-AS features a 3/4″ male cam lock inlet and the CP-110P-AS a 3/4″ male pipe thread inlet, both with a 3/4″ female cam lock outlet, for boom section shut-off or attaching nozzles with 3/4″ cam lock inlets such as the CP-59LS/HV or CP-55R3. It’s also available as a combo unit with a built-in Air Stop check valve on the CP Floater Turbo nozzles: the CP-109LS-AS low volume combo (GPM range of .43 to 6.71) and the CP-109HV-AS high volume combo (GPM range of .87 to 13.42), suitable for 30″, 40″, and 60″ spacing. Simple conversion kits are available for operators already running other CP nozzles.

Like all CP check valves, the Air Stop is made in the USA with high-quality materials, and every part is replaceable. Maintenance can be done in the field with no tools required, so a worn diaphragm or spring never takes your rig out of the field, keeping your workflow going through the spray season.
