The CP-03-05 is a unique all-poly variation in the standard 03 aerial nozzle line, distinguished by its 5-hole selector plate and the absence of a shut-off position. The additional .093 orifice provides operators with a finer flow increment between the .078 and .125 sizes, enabling rate control in applications where the mid-range orifice is valuable. Like all nozzles in the 03 line, it performs best at aircraft speeds of 120 mph or less on both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.

The nozzle features an all-poly five-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .093, .125, and .172. The poly 3-way deflector offers deflection planes of 30°, 55°, and 90°, each producing an even flat fan pattern. The 30° plane typically produces larger droplets suited for herbicide applications, while 55° and 90° produce finer droplets for insecticide and fungicide work. Note that this nozzle has no shut-off position on the selector.

Designed for operators who do not require nozzle shut-off, the CP-03-05 provides the added versatility of a .093 orifice, allowing a wider range of flow rates from a single nozzle.
