The CP-03 is CP’s original standard poly aerial nozzle and the most widely used nozzle in the 03 line. Built with a poly body (CPA203-B), it delivers dependable performance across agricultural and forestry spray applications at aircraft speeds of 120 mph or less on both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. All nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life.
The nozzle features a four-orifice selector plate with sizes of .062, .078, .125, and .172 to precisely meter flow rates from 0.48 to 5.30 GPM at 30–60 psi. The 3-way deflector offers deflection planes of 30°, 55°, and 90°, each producing an even flat fan pattern. The 30° plane typically produces larger droplets suited for herbicide applications, while 55° and 90° produce finer droplets for insecticide and fungicide work.
