Regular Volume Floater 3-Way Combo Nozzle with Built-In Check Valve

AG

Quick Nozzle Info

Regular volume floater combo nozzle with poly body, built-in check valve, stainless steel 8-orifice selector (5–60), and stainless steel 3-way deflector. GPM range of 0.50 to 12.00 at 30–50 psi. Ideal for heavy slurry applications. All parts replaceable.
Ground Floater Series

The CP-102-R3 is the combo version of the CP-55-R3, adding a built-in check valve to the regular volume floater 3-way nozzle to reduce boom parts and simplify setup. Like the CP-55-R3, it is ideal for heavy slurry applications where stainless steel internal components provide the necessary durability. The poly body attaches to 3/4″ cam couplers and features a stainless steel eight-orifice selector with sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. The stainless steel 3-way deflector provides three coverage angles — the S angle covers the smallest two orifices, the M angle the middle three orifices, and the L angle the three largest orifices.

The CP-102-R3 has a GPM range of 0.50 to 12.00 at 30–50 psi. The built-in check valve eliminates the need for a separate check valve on the boom, reducing parts and connections. Mounting is recommended for 60″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. Like all floater nozzles, all parts are replaceable and the CP Quick Calc can be used to find suggested settings for your target GPA.

The CP-102-R3 is the all-in-one choice for heavy slurry floater applications, combining the proven stainless steel 3-way design with the convenience of a built-in check valve. Use the CP Quick Calc or the GPA Charts to find the optimal orifice and deflector setting for your application.
