Quick Nozzle Info

High volume floater turbo combo nozzle with poly body, built-in check valve, 8-orifice selector (5–60), and stainless steel deflector tips (12, 35, 60HV standard). GPM range of 0.87 to 13.42 at 10–60 psi. All parts replaceable.
Ground Floater Series

The CP-109-HV is the high volume combo version of the CP-59-HV, combining a built-in check valve with the proven high volume floater turbo nozzle design to reduce boom complexity. It is designed for pre-emerge floater applications and generates consistent large droplets with few driftable fines. The poly body attaches to 3/4″ cam couplers and features a poly eight-orifice selector with sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. Standard stainless steel deflector tips are 12, 35, and 60HV, though any available tip size can be used with any orifice — the smallest tip covers the smallest two orifices, the middle tip the middle three, and the largest tip the largest three orifices.

The CP-109-HV has flood nozzle flow rates ranging from 0.87 to 13.42 GPM at 10–60 psi. The built-in check valve eliminates the need for a separate check valve, simplifying installation and reducing boom parts. Mounting is recommended for 60″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. The CPF2751 certified tip adaptor allows any quarter-turn certified tip to be mounted onto the nozzle body in under a minute.

The CP-109-HV is ideal for high volume floater operators who want the convenience and reliability of an all-in-one combo nozzle. All parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc to find suggested orifice and tip settings for your target GPA.
