Quick Nozzle Info

Regular volume floater nozzle with poly body, stainless steel 8-orifice selector (5–60), and stainless steel 3-way deflector. Ideal for heavy slurry applications. GPM range of 0.50 to 12.00 at 10–60 psi. All parts replaceable.
Ground Floater Series

The CP-55-R3 is CP’s regular volume floater nozzle with a stainless steel selector and 3-way deflector, making it the ideal choice for heavy slurry applications where the durability of stainless steel internal components is essential. The poly body attaches to 3/4″ cam couplers and features a stainless steel eight-orifice selector with sizes 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60. The stainless steel 3-way deflector provides three coverage angles — the S angle covers the smallest two orifices, the M angle the middle three orifices, and the L angle the three largest orifices.

The CP-55-R3 operates over a wider pressure range than the turbo floater nozzles, from 10 to 60 psi, with a GPM range of 0.50 to 12.00. Mounting is recommended for 60″ centers or less with orientation between 0° and 45° upward of ground parallel. The CPF2751 certified tip adaptor allows any quarter-turn certified tip to be mounted onto the nozzle body in under a minute, adding further versatility for operators who want to use certified tips with this nozzle.

The CP-55-R3 is particularly well suited for liquid fertilizer and heavy slurry applications where poly selectors and tips may wear faster. All floater nozzle parts are replaceable for long service life. Use the CP Quick Calc to find suggested orifice and deflector settings for your target GPA.
